Where Family Meets Fire

We're a small, family-run business, and we put our hearts into everything we do. My wife and I both have our connections to the Middle East (Syria & Oman), while our time in London allowed us to craft our skills and steer our passions to modern Arabic cuisine, cooked over fire. Everything is made fresh and we source much of our organic ingredients directly from Welsh farmers, guaranteeing both quality and seasonality, while reducing our food miles too.

But the real magic happens in the fire. The flames dance and crackle, imbuing each dish with a smoky depth of flavour that's impossible to replicate. It's a taste of tradition, a reminder of the warmth and joy that comes from sharing a meal cooked with fire and passion. After all, fire is the oldest entertainment of all, as a friend once put it “the bush TV”. 

10% of our profits go to the Hands Up Foundation who go out of their way to aid Syrian people in need. Supplying medical care, education, rehabilitation and aid when emergencies strike.
